We want you to find your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-sized fragrances provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that discovery sets and individual samples are final sale to maintain the integrity of our natural ingredients.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and shipping carton to ensure the glass remains protected during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our alchemists inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
